Supervisor have mod but why we are unable to use that ?

Greetings @steep mirage!
The permissions got changed for Moderators in-game. That means Presidents/supervisiors/general manager can't use the admin commands, but why? It has changed because of the AA (Admin Abusing) from lots of members.
