This is just a goofy speculation but the freezing of my game MIGHT have something to do with a water on Ukrainian map since it is the only map where i actually have this freezing every once in a while

Well i'm not desperate to THAT level but i am as desperate. stable 30 and i am as happy as one can be

I'm getting 22 FPS on the Ukraine map and the AI was basically bullying me, so I'm just running clean house for now

I am having a decent 30 but the freezing irks me out
