I have a bunch of smart collections, and they all show that there are items attached, but when entering a collection, there is nothing, Editing the filter then clicking update collection sorts it out. Is there a way to not have to do each one manually?

Sounds like you need to fix your filter @chrome elm
If you’re running and then having to edit the filter and it works, then your filter isn’t correct to start with
is there an eay way to do this? Without touching each if them individually? They were all built originally with Kometa, then I had to move the Plex server to a new machine.
Changing to a new machine won’t “lose” the collection. If it worked on another machine, it will work again. You need to implement whatever filter you are trying to accomplish in the UI into a collection builder
If this is in the Plex UI, where a smart collection shows there are X items in the collection but you enter it and there are Y, this is a longstanding Plex UI issue.
I'll poke through them all manually and update them.
