#One movie mdb_tomatoes score not matching what is on mdblist

I have one movie that populates the wrong score on my overlay. It is the only one that I have seen that is not grabbing the correct score. It is Zootopia 2. For a short period on mdblist it was pulling the score from Home Alone 2 on their site and that is what kometa was grabbing. They have since remedied that, but kometa is still pulling the same old score.
I wasn't sure what the issue was, though I did have an issue prior where because of how kometa runs I was getting the wrong audience score. So I changed my config to fix that after talking with support. I made a further change to my config so that all of my ratings were now in the same format.
I have attached my current config and some screenshots of the overlay. One as it is currently, and one from prior when it was correct.
Actually I just looked and a bunch of my movies have different values than what I am seeing on mdblist. I had removed all of my mdb_tomatoes and mdb_metacritic ratings yesterday, and did not have enough API to actually aquire the ratings then. I do now and they are populating, but the results are different. I don't know if it is just picking up results from a prior date and I need to just wait.
We don’t need the config, that’s already in the log. But we do need a log file
Ok. I will upload it once my kometa has finished running through. Or can I send the almost complete run.
We need whatever log demonstrates the issue you are describing

@sullen oriole what do each of the posters represent?
I can't repro a problem here with MDBlist; there is a rounding thing with IMDB, but that's got nothing to do with wrong values from MDBLIst.
[INFO] | (1/1) Zootopia 2
[INFO] | Update Audience Rating (Batched) | 7.3
| Update Critic Rating (Batched) | 9.0
| Update User Rating (Batched) | 7.6
Looks like Plex rounded that user rating down to 7.0 itself silently:
[INFO] | Plex User Rating Update (1/1): 1 Movie updated to 7.6
Weird that on mine it is still pulling 3.5 instead of pulling 9.0
I will see if today I get a different result. But for what ever reason lots of things that are coming from Mdblist are not matching what is on mdblist. Is there something in my logs or config that would be causing that.
Not in the Kometa config. I took the config for that run of mine straight from your config in that log.
Ohh ok. Weird that I am getting a different result. Because if you go into the log and find zootopia 2 you can see the update critic rating is 3.5 rather than 9.0
You might try a run with --trace and --log-requests to see what requests are going to mdblist and what's coming back; you may try removing the cache to force Kometa to go ask MDBList again.
Ok. That would the file labelled config.cache inside of the config folder.
yes. You can just rename it if you want to restore it later.
Ok, I will try that. And on it's next run through it will create a new cache?
I'm in the middle of a run, can I delete the cache while the run is going? My library is just huge, and takes 12 hours to run. I can restart the run and have a result late tonight.
I'd suggest standing up a small test server or at least creating some small test libraries so every attempt doesn't take 12 hours.
Fair enough. I will do that. I will run my test library. I will stop my run, and rename cache.
To test this I created a library with just the one movie in it [which is a fake one-minute movie anyway] and had that run completed in a few minutes.
Sorry for the long response. The Ratings now match mdblist.
I will run my server now
I just looked at my log and the movie has updated the ratings. I will close once my overlays are completed.
I assume it has something to do with my cache.
I think it is working properly now. Should I be clearing the cache periodically. Or make a change in my config. Otherwise I will mark this as closed.
