Seasonal movies not showing on Plex | Kometa | Page 1

Seasonal movies such as halloween movies are not popping up as a category on my plex. During the initial onboarding of Kometa, I had season movies displayed on my plex main page such as mother's day, July 4th. Since August, I noticed it's no longer displaying seasonal movies like in the past. I haven't changed anything on Config file. Under Libraries on plex, the seasonal movies are check to display at Library recommended, home and Friend's home. But it's not displayed at all on home page at all.

Kometa keeps the last ten logs. meta.log is the newest.

We need one which shows the issue, not any particular one besides that.

Providing Log Files

1: Go to your config folder

2: Go into the logs folder

3: Look for meta.log (not meta.1.log etc)

4: Drag it in the Discord thread - the whole thing, DO NOT EDIT IT

5: Still confused? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Log file too big? USE PASTEBIN or ZIP THE FILE

Kometa cannot connect to Plex. Whatever you have entered as the Plex server is refusing connections.

how is the other categories still appearing then, I still have my comedy, mystery and so forth. I did have to change my IP address on my plex server during a bad modern blackout

Since Kometa can't connect to Plex it quits and does nothing. Everything that is already set up remains.

If you didn't update your Kometa config as well that that would explain it.

The IP of the plex server is in the config.yml; just update it there.
