Kometa is trying to load your movie library, and the attempt is timing out. All you can do about this in Kometa is increase the Plex timeout.
Would also recommend not running Kometa right in the middle of plex maintenance. You have it running from 2-5 and then schedule Kometa to run at 3, which could potentially cause the timeout
