I would just like to make that for 1080p movies, the top of Blu-ray cases (the blue part) on the top of the plex poster. Is that possible?

There's no settings based way to do it as in enable_bluray: true or something like that, but it's a pretty simple overlay. There's an example on the overlay page of how you would do something like that.

You'd create the bluray banner image, put it in config/overlays/blueray.png, then create an overlay file:

Link that in your config and run Kometa.
