I'm not sure why, Radarr is working fine and I have them both set up the same way. Any help iss appreciated.

Looks to me like the quality profile in Sonarr has a trailing space:

Options: [[1:Min 720p / Max1080p ], [4:1080p Only]]
                                ^ here           ^ note not one here

You can also specify by number if you want.
