Just built an Unraid Server this week and moved everything over to it from Synology/Dedicated Windows Server running Plex/Docker with ImageMaid running on the Windows Server. I can't for the life of me get ImageMaid to download the Plex database even though it establishes a connection.

[2024-12-10 08:43:30,879] [imagemaid.py:389] [ERROR] | Metadata Error: Database Download Failed Try Using Local Copy: (500) internal_server_error; (redacted)/diagnostics/databases <html><head><title>Internal Server Error</title></head><body><h1>500 Internal Server Error</h1></body></html> |

Attaching screenshots of:

  • Plex Docker install location
  • ImageMaid Container Configuration
  • env
  • ImageMaid log

Using the same Plex token that Kometa is using and Kometa runs fine.

Welcome @latent vortex!

Someone from <@&938443185347244033> will assist when they're available.

Including meta.log from the beginning is a huge help. Type !logs for more information.

After attaching your log, do not forget to hit the green check boxes when prompted by our bot.

Something's exploding inside Plex. I'd start with the Plex log to see if there's anything interesting in there.

Thanks. I'll take a look there.

Just went into the Plex Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting and both Download Logs and Download Database fail with 500 internal server error. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction @hoary void.
