Welcome @sharp vault!

Including meta.log from the beginning is a huge help. Type !logs for more information.

Kometa can only work with movies that are already in Plex. It can't do anything with movies that aren't in the library.
Can you rephrase the question?
The only thing it can do with movies not in your library is send them to Radarr, so if you don't want that to happen turn it off.
Thank you very much for answering me. It turns out that I created a library on my Plex to test Kometa using a config from another user here on discord. I only have 4 movies in this library. But when I ran Kometa it took almost 2 hours to finish everything. I'm starting to use Kometa and I wanted to know if this is normal?
Depends entirely on what you are asking Kometa to do. The log will show exactly where the time is going.
If you drag it in here we can take a look and offer some comments.
Thank you for your attention

That config is a terrible place to start since it does just about everything, and takes a long time to run.
any better suggestions?
ALl the time is in the collections:
| Title | Run Time | |
| =========================== | ======== | |
| Library Loading and Mapping | 0:00:00 | |
| Library Operations | 0:00:10 | |
| Library Images Files | 0:00:00 | |
| Library Metadata Files | 0:00:00 | |
| Library Collection Files | 1:57:34 | |
| Library Overlay Files | 0:00:00 | |
You've got it processing a huge number of collections, most of which don't get built for various reasons.
Start small; go through one of the walkthroughs and create a few colections to watch it work before atempting to throw ALL THE THINGS at your libraries.
I will do it that way then. Thank you again for your help.
This config is attempting to create nearly 100 Oscars collections; turns out none of them get created since you don't have the movies in your library,
It spends ten minutes on that. Multiply that by all the sets of 100 award collections and the time adds up.
The first thing to do would be to dial those back, since you probably don't actually want yearly oscar collections going back 100 years.
Still not sure what the issue is with things happening with movies not in Plex
bold ones are the big time sinks
I'll start small. I'll use the kometa template and start with some tests.
