Including meta.log from the beginning is a huge help. Type !logs for more information.

Refresh your browser
usually duplicate collections are a sign of a database issue
plex shouldnt allow any duplicate collections
Did. Refreshed. Restarted plex. Opened in another browser.
Happens from time to time. I delete ALL collections and its fixed. Im hoping to not have to delete all collections including movies. Just the TV Shows
It's that one at the end. I can open collections from a plex app, this SS is from my phone. Just can't access the tab from a browser to delete it
Plex should not allow that to happen; if it is, that indicates a problem inside Plex. I'd suggest running Plex database maintenance and perhaps something deeper like chuckpa's dbrepair.
Im thinking it has something to do with my appdata backup timing. Its shutting down plex to backup the folder when Kometa is attempting to do some collection stuff. Only a thought, but plausible. I cant do anything that shuts down plex right at this moment because others are using it which is why I just wanted to delete the collection. But it seems there is no other way to do so.
You could run only the TV library with the --delete-collections runtime flag which would delete all collections from the TV library prior to the run. However, the fact that Plex has allowed two collections with the very same name shows that there is some internal problem inside Plex, which is likely to cause more issues in the future.
If Plex is getting shut down while Kometa is running, you probably want to stop that from happening. It's certainly not doing anything good.
