IMDb Top 250 only pulls 25 results on each library [Kometa 2.0.2, Plex 1.40.5.8854]

Is this a Plex setting that needs to be updated?

I know of the bug, and I am on the newest version of Kometa

I have a ton of movies in the movies-4k library that are part of the IMDb top 250, but dont show up in the collection

eg: new hope and green mile

pretty sure theres imdb bugs in latest

develop is way ahead of master

its almost like a fat finger causes it to look at top 25 rather than 250

i just updated to develop, its still running now, but it doesnt look right

for instance when it looks at the "Missing movies" on a library, it only compares against the top 25 movies in imdb

You will probably have to delete the cache since Kometa is probably looking at the cached version of that list.

Or just wait until tomorrow

i noticed that line in the log, where do i find the cache?

thats a plex operation?

The kometa cache.

CONFIG_FILE_NAME.cache next to your config file.

is there a way to kill off an active run to restart quickly?

depends on how it's running. If you started the run in a terminal and are currently watching the log, control-c will kill it.

The log would say "loading from cache" when that collection was processed.

would i need to also delete that collection from plex to give it a "clean slate"?

i appreciate the help, i can already tell this run is different as it recreated the cache with all of the libraries films rather than a select few

yea the cache only adds movies added to plex between each run

deleting it makes kometa readd everything

deleting the cache did the trick

recreated collections include the appropriate number of imdb top 250 films
