Collection asset folder is empty

Trying to get collections working but i get an asset folder missing error.

Including meta.log from the beginning is a huge help. Type !logs for more information.

After attaching your log, do not forget to hit the green check boxes when prompted by our bot.

might have figured it out, had create_asset_folders to false, running again

Will create folders but will not populate the folders
