Hey ya'll. step 3 and already having an issue 😦 I'm not the most versed so may be something I'm missing. Used to use PMM and following the unraid installation walkthrough from here https://kometa.wiki/en/latest/kometa/install/unraid at the "setting up the initial config file" step

unfortunately, I cannot access the Kometa folder from anywhere, I'm getting access denied.

All you should have to do to switch to Kometa is rebuild your container using the new image. You can use the same config and the same folder.

so i'm not sure what you mean. i went to remove it, then reinstalled it. same issue

I mean that all you need to do is open your existing Plex-Meta-Manager container, change the image to kometa-team/kometa, and rebuild the container.

You don't have to set it up from scratch or create a new folder for the configs.

#

Looks like permissions issues with the folder, not anything that Kometa can affect.

Sorry, I had the wrong name for the image:

kometateam/kometa

ah. uhh lemme see if i can reinstall PMM then, cause looks like that removed it

what removed what?

#

the PMM image isn't going to work anymore due to some github changes.

switching the image removed the old one. ok, i'll see if i can point kometa to the old folder

#

that seems to have worked! after changing the config attribute to the old PMM folder, I was able to run a run command

#

for future reference:

thanks for the assistance
