I just discovered r/plextitlecards and wanted to start using some of them. I added some to one of my shows and now the overlays don't update. The logs say "overlay update not needed". What can I do so that Kometa knows that the overlays need to be reapplied to my custom posters?

If you change art in Plex after you have applied overlays, you need to remove the "Overlay" sharing label so that Kometa knows it has to pull the new art and apply overlays to it.
Alternatively, if you set the new art using Kometa's asset directory [NOT directly in Plex] the new art will be picked up automatically without messing with labels.
