Hey guys, so wondering if anyone would be willing to help me get PMM working again. Its been down for a while (several months), and haven't had time to look into all the new confgs.. I am a Windows admin (so mostly gui based), and looking at words is sometimes hard lol. If I can donate to someone for their time and helping me get this working again, it would be greatly appreciated. Please lmk here or PM. I been busy with other things, and haven't had time for Plex/PMM management. I was running the older version and was working great, and then tried to move to the new version, and think i lost all my backups from the original since its been so long. This is a file I found from feb, but dont recall if its the new ver or old ver..

Providing Log Files

1: Go to your config folder

2: Go into the logs folder

3: Look for meta.log (not meta.1.log etc)

4: Drag it in the Discord thread - the whole thing, DO NOT EDIT IT

5: Still confused? ¯\(ツ)/¯

Log file too big? USE PASTEBIN or ZIP THE FILE

so I run on unraid.. i prob just need to start all over, just doing 2 jobs im so tired and lazy to try figure this out.. lol.. i appreciate any help. its not a rush..

i can do a force run and send logs as of today (or tomorrow morning), its 9pm here and and tired.. so would depend how long takes to run. Im pretty sure i have some configs messed up and didnt fully understand the new folder structure and the extra config files needed..

your main issue was that you were using metadata_files instead of collection_files

I added comments with the changes I've mdae

this belongs in a file called smartkid.yml within the config directory:

Thanks @coral barn Let me give that a spin tomorrow morning. Yea i added the Robbin Williams that to see if anything would add. I didnt have that originally. let me try again tomorrow tho.

I think I did try collection_files since i saw that i think in the change logs , but prob messed up om something. Hopeully looking at this I can visualize easier what I am doing wrong. My memory and learning is not like it was when i was younger, so getting harder time grasping things..

No problem

your incorrect indentation of metadata_files (and it being incorrectly named) would have prevented all of that from applying
