Can anyone advise what I'm missing in the Movies library config that's preventing any ratings from being applied to my overlays?
Additionally, is there a setting to remove collections that are no longer built via PMM? Meaning, I had a lot more awards collections, but I'd like them to be removed now that they're removed from the configuration.

And yes, I have everything relevant configured with API keys, etc. Everything is working perfectly for TV shows. All the overlays are working for Movies EXCEPT ratings.

you either need to manually delete the collections in plex ui, or use the operation in your config to delete unmanaged collections

I would suspect the ratings problem is that the fonts aren't found, but can you provide a full log showing this happening?

I struggled with the font paths a bit because I’ve never used yaml before, but got them worked out. The path matches what’s used in the TV Shows section, which is working perfectly.
Which log would you like? Honestly, I might figure it out if I know which log to look at.

Then attempting to apply overlays.
However, as far as PMM can tell, all your movie posters already have overlays, and the overlay configuration has not changed, so there is no need to update the posters:

PMM tries to apply an overlay to The Whale:

But the image in Plex already has overlays on it. PMM will not apply overlays to such an image, so it tells you that.

Plex Error: No Items found in Plex
The criteria defined by a search/filter returned 0 results.
This is often expected - for example, if you try to apply a 1080P overlay to a 4K library then no items will get the overlay since no items have a 1080P resolution.
It is worth noting that search and filters are case-sensitive, so "1080P" and "1080p" are treated as two separate things.

It appears to be attempting to update the ratings, but there are no changes [No Item Edits], which means the overlays don't need to change, so they aren't updated [Overlay Update Not Needed].

Is it possible it's comparing cached values that were retrieved before I fixed the font paths, so it thinks they've been applied? Although, I just removed all overlays and recreated them... I think that would have worked.

It is using the "Overlay" label in Plex on the item to determine that there is an overlay on the item. Then it compares the last overlay it applied [which is cached in PMM's database as a string] to the overlay it is about to apply. There is no difference between those, so PMM thinks [in the log you provided above]:
