Tautulli based collections don't work for 1 library but do for another

I have PPM set up to update 2 collections with what's popular and being watched on my Plex server. It connects to Tautulli and everything but they won't work for my TV Shows library but do work for my Anime library. I took the template and collection from my Anime library and threw it in my TV.yml and it didn't work. I'm not sure why it won't work. I did have this working before, idk how long it hasn't been working for though. I did also try deleting the collection that was already there, the one that worked before, to see if that would somehow kick it into gear but that didn't work either. Here's my meta.log file, I commented out my Movies library and Anime library on this last run since I'm just looking at my TV Shows library

PMM isn't seeing either of those files, isn't reading them, so nothing's happening.
