#PMM continuously Deletes Collections

On full runs and likely even on -co runs, PMM deletes many collections for no apparent reason as it will then recreate them.

This adds lots of time to delete and then recreate these collections. This seems to have been introduced in 1.20.

I will share logs shortly

Yes, this is not a complete log, however, you can see how the collections are deleted.

here is an earlier run... still incomplete, but if you search for ALL occurrences of Oscars 1965 you will see how it's deleted and then recreated later on

I also think that this seems to happen only with Awards collections.
