Noticed that specially for new episodes the summary isn't always available when a new episode is imported in Plex.
Is it possible to update the episode summary with PMM?

You can set up PMM to make plex do a refresh for episodes released within the last x amount of days.
Save to a file in the config directory and call it under the TV shows collection_files section like this: -file: <yourfilename.yml>
