Trying to get the flixpatrol chart collection up and running using this

I used to have a custom TOP 10 collection from a Trakt list but I deleted them off Plex and commented out the line that calls the collection file. However, from what I could gather from the logs, PMM is throwing a warning that the Top <<limit>> collection already exists. I am not sure if this would be reason why it is not creating the top 10 collection.

do the collections still physically exist in plex? i had a similar issue. i had to delete the collections from plex, then empty trash, clean bundles, and optimize
