Welcome @lime wyvern!

Someone from <@&938443185347244033> will assist when they're available.

Including the meta.log from the beginning is a huge help, type !logs for more information.

I've been trying for a few days now, and read everything I can find on the Wiki, but I don't understand how to create collections, other than the default ones.

I'm trying to get a Letterboxd list as a collection, and I've tried what I've found on the "Letterbox Builder" on the Wiki, and pasted that into my config.yml. I'm not sure where it's supposed to be, right now it's under "metadata_path", but I've tried it on every single level (I think), but never got it working.

Is there an easy fix for this?

Yeah, that did the trick! Finally! But that isn't mentioned in the Wiki, is it? If not, it should be. This thing was driving me mad.

clicking through from the "config file" page should take one through the hierarchy.
