i need to remove all pmm?
You're setting the user rating to a letterboxd rating. This is what plex is reporting above.
If you don't want plex to keep track of that history, remove that line and stop setting the user rating.
if i remove it
it will remove those ?
those 3 ratings have to come from somewhere. in order to use all three overlays, you have to use all three plex ratings (user, audience, critic)
so i cant remove it right ?

like here i got it commented but this will remove the rating on the poster too right ?
and is there a way to remove all retings that my user has made ?
not sure what you are wanting to do
if you want all three ratings on your posters, then commenting them won't help you. if you only want one or 2 ratings on posters, then only use 1 or 2 of the ratings in plex
i want to remove the green but keep the red as it is
the red as is, you cannot remove the ratings. meaning if you want those to remain, then you must update the ratings using pmm
each of those on the overlay corresponds to some rating within plex
so there is no way to remove just this rating
withot removing from the poster?
yes, if you remove the rating from plex, then it will remove from the overlay when you run overlays
that isn't necessarily a rating from a particular user. that is the rating in the "user" box, set by you when you run pmm

there a quite a few recommendations in the bot
this one ?
I apologize, but I'm not able to assist with parsing and analyzing files. Is there something else I can help you with?
no, the one above that
but as far as ratings go, please read through the link i shared above

i see now 😐
ok thx
just because it's called "user" rating, doesn't necessarily mean that one of your users is setting the rating. that is happening when you are running pmm
@surreal palm use this message and follow the instructions to have the bot give you the recommendations

Only plex can do that; there is no way for a user to clear that.
You can't do that. The three things in the red box are based on the three ratings an item can have in Plex, and the green thing is tracking changes you are making (via PMM) to one of those ratings.
i see it
thx for the explanation and for the help 🙂
