54lzy, please continue the conversation here.

Content: I am getting the All None error when trying to setup streaming collections. Reading through the support requests it looks like this is an issue with certain versions. Can someone recommend a version number for my docker pull? I tried 1.32.6 and got an error pulling/creating the container

Welcome @summer nebula!

It looks like you have not yet completed #938455615741775902, this will allow us to help you quicker.

Someone from <@&938443185347244033> will assist when they're available.

Including the meta.log from the beginning is a huge help, type !logs for more information.

1: Go to your config folder

2: Go into the logs folder

3: Look for meta.log (not meta.1.log etc)

4: Drag it in the Discord thread - the whole thing, DO NOT EDIT IT

5: Still confused? Β―\(ツ)/Β―

Log file too big? USE PASTEBIN or ZIP THE FILE

Thank you bullmoose20. I am trying to create collections by streaming provider. I added the line " - pmm: streaming" to both my Movies and TV configs. I having a Streaming Collection divider, but no collections for various streaming providers (Hulu, Apple TV+, etc) which is not expected behavior.

When I run PMM I get the following error which is related:

| 10 | Unknown Error: (404) not_found; (redacted)/library/sections/1/allNone <html><head><title>Not Found</title></head><body><h1>404 Not Found</h1></body></html> |

I read that this could be related to the version I am using. I am using the latest docker container. Do I need to revert back to an earlier version to resolve? Assuming yes, can someone please provide the version I need to use. I Tried 1.32.6 and it fails when pulling/creating the container.

Where would you like to start?

To transition from pre-1.18.0 versions to 1.18.0, you must do the following, or you will see errors in your log and previously working overlays will no longer be applied.

**Upgrading to the `ribbon` PMM Default file**

1) Remove any reference to these files in your config.yml:

- git: PMM/overlays/oscars
- git: PMM/overlays/imdb_top_250
- git: PMM/overlays/rt_cert_fresh
- git: PMM/overlays/mc_must_see
- git: PMM/overlays/commonsense_selection

2) Add a reference to this file (only once!)

- pmm: ribbon

As only one ribbon image can be placed at a time, the priority list is currently:
oscars (weight 40)
imdb (weight 30)
rotten (Weight 20)
metacritic (Weight 10)
common (Weight 5)

To alter these positions, you can use template variables, like so:

- pmm: ribbon
  template_variables:
weight_common: 100 #Makes it first on the list
weight_imdb: 90 #Makes it second on the list
**Upgrading to the `resolution` PMM Default file**

1) Remove any reference to these files in your config.yml:

- git: PMM/overlays/special_release
- git: PMM/resolution_standards
**Upgrading from `audio_language` to the `language_count` PMM Default file**

1) Remove any reference to these files in your config.yml:

- git: PMM/overlays/audio_language

2) Add a reference to this file

- pmm: language_count

#

I would start with that

#

And maybe switch to PMM nightly branch

#

NOTE: This is addressing changing from, for instance, latest to nightly.

The method depends on how you installed it.

**I'M USING DOCKER:**
docker pull meisnate12/plex-meta-manager:TAG_HERE

replace TAG_HERE with latest, develop, or nightly; whichever you want to switch to.

Then recreate your container via whatever means you used to create it [docker run, docker-compose, etc.], setting the image as meisnate12/plex-meta-manager:TAG_HERE

**I'M USING DOCKER ON UNRAID**

:one: Click on DOCKER tab and then on Plex-Meta-Manager
:two: Edit Repository: setting to switch branches:

meisnate12/plex-meta-manager:TAG_HERE

replace TAG_HERE with latest, develop, or nightly; whichever you want to switch to.

**I'M USING DOCKER ON A SYSTEM WITHOUT COMMAND PROMPT (SUCH AS NAS):**

The same concepts as above will apply:
:one: pull new image
:two: recreate container using that image instead of the current one.

Whatever the system, there will be a way to accomplish these two things.

**I'M RUNNING LOCALLY VIA GIT:**
cd DIRECTORY_WHERE_YOU_PUT_PMM
git checkout BRANCH_NAME
git stash
git stash clear
git pull

For BRANCH_NAME, substitute master, develop, or nightly

Those stash commands are going to discard any changes you may have made to PMM's own files. If that's a concern, you are probably familiar enough with git to know what you need to do instead.

@summer nebula That specific error is caused by a long-standing bug in PMM, but it only started showing up in Plex 1.32.7 due to a Plex-side change in how Plex reacts.

It is fixed in PMM nightly, or you can downgrade Plex to 1.32.6

Thanks: adding :nightly to my docker container resolved.

**Rec 02** - πŸ’¬ **CONVERT ERROR**

πŸ’¬ CONVERT ERROR
Convert Error: No * ID Found for * ID.
These sorts of errors indicate that the thing can't be cross-referenced between sites. For example:

Convert Error: No TVDb ID Found for TMDb ID: 15733

In the above scenario, the TMDB record for The Two Mrs. Grenvilles ID 15733 didn't contain a TVDB ID. This could be because the record just hasn't been updated, or because The Two Mrs. Grenvilles isn't listed on TVDB.

The fix is for someone like you, perhaps to go to the relevant site and fill in the missing data.
For more information on handling these, [https://metamanager.wiki/en/latest/home/kb.html#warning]

In some circumstances [typically NAS], it can be difficult to run PMM in the interactive mode required for authenticating against MyAnimeList and Trakt.

chazlarson has a scripts that can do this authentication outside of PMM in his repo, but that requires you to be able to run a Python script on your computer or NAS, which may not be possible for whatever reason.

You can run those scripts online [on any OS] here:
https://replit.com/@chazlarson/MALAuth
https://replit.com/@chazlarson/TraktAuth

Click the green play button, wait a little bit, then follow the prompts.
