It's normally a DNS issue or similar when errors like that are seen

And isn't something PMM normally has any control over

If you google your error every result implies a DNS or networking issue:

Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

does it not resolve trakt link? The link is fully functional and I had the synology dns servers set as 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

if you do a run with -lr in the run command it may give the full URL
