multiple Image Asset Directories order/prioritize

I was wondering if there is a priority/order used ?

settings:
  asset_directory:
    - config/assets
    - config/assets_overrirde

Example for use case
i have a assets folder with a huge collection of posters i collected
But i would like to have a another assets folder that would override any posters from the main assets folder.

Just curious why you wouldn’t just save the correct poster in the assets directory?

When config/assets is synced from an outside source for example.

So there's a command/tool/cronjob to sync $some_source to config/assets but some of the posters there should not be used, but used by the poster in config/assets_override

I'm sure there is a priority to the asset directories, though I don't know what it is. Would be a pretty simple test to perform, though.
