Does this mean it will delete collections that wouldn't be generated by the current config.yml?

Including the meta.log from the beginning is a huge help use !logs for more information.

That is extremely powerful, so this is particularly useful for deleting collections that may no longer be updated because of updated collection configs? For example Emmys. 😛
