just ran language.yml new overlay and it doesn't seem to fully run. looking at logs, seems that the flag image file is not found for the flags

Including the meta.log from the beginning is a huge help use !logs for more information.

I think the template overlays language is still incomplete, will have to wait for it to be fixed.

Not always true. Ratings yml has no defaults and requires you to use template_variables
