I noticed something interesting. I see the RT audience score for House of the Dragon is different between my 1080p copy and 4K copy. Any thoughts as to why?

hard to say without any info... either they use different settings, or simply in the time they were created the score has changed

if you're running 1.17.3 there is a known issue with ratings, so there isn't much we can do until it is fixed (if this is part of that issue) or you can revert to 1.17.2

What I imagine has happened:

When the 1080p version was added, Plex pulled in the rating of 71 from TMDb/TVDb
When the 4k version was added, Plex pulled in the rating of 76 from TMDb/TVDb
At no point has PMM updated these ratings (if you are on 1.17.3) so they aren't actually the RT ratings.

heyo @wintry moss 🙂

So I'm actually a little behind on the versions. I'm still on 1.17.1-develop27. with the fast changing overlay system, I want to make sure I only upgrade on a weekend day where I have time to tinker/troubleshoot/adjust overlays. just havent had that window, yet

#

is the plan in future versions to have PMM update ratings, if the source rating changes over time?

you can already update the ratings, and then run the overlay and the result will be updated overlays
