No matter what, the speed of sound in an atmosphere is a variable thing and will be different on different planets with different altitudes and I'd like to see that modeled, doesnt matter whether or not ships actually exceed mach 1 or not at low altitude

- PDCs are only powered on by the number of gunner seats occupied on a ship
- The ratio of PDCs active is based on the number of gunner seats available
For example but not necessarily; The Perseus has 6 PDCs and 4 gunner seats (2 manned turrets and 2 remote turrets). The configuration will be
- Forward Turret = two forward upper PDCs
- Bottom Turret = two bottom middle PDCs
- Remote Turrets = one PDC for each seat active

I want to imagine any large and capital ships with PDCs and a lot of turrets to use, smaller ships with only a small amount of turrets like the Phoenix would be allowed to keep the PDC active at all time.
