To the extent that if you want to quantum, the copilot has to get the pilot to move the ship so the quantum things calibrate (but pilot can’t see quantum markers only copilot can)

The copilot calibrates and initiates jump

While the pilot just moves the ship

Any function you can think of the pilot doesn’t have access while the copilot seat is occupied
