Okay what I wanted to say about ff14 is, that I watched Asmongold playing it and it was pretty cool. The mechanics in combat seem to be very simliar to WoW, but everything around it is better. The world is cooler and the story is actually a story that you can follow.

ED ships falls into a weird situation of being either wildly under designed due to trying to update 80s pixel art or the extreme opposite with way over design, like that ship posted earlier with all the different curves and design choices.
SC, for the most part, ha ships that look more like they were design around functionality, likely due to the fact that have interiors.

SC can be dull too, don't get me wrong, but I never stop having a since of wonder with SC for whatever reason.
