Is there already a scoreboard with this somewhere (not player made) or are you guys thinking of showing it in Telemetry rsi page in the near future?Unfortunately at the moment no, just what ive seen from my analytics work :) Everytime someone plays a time trial in the PTU at the moment it helps.Hopefully we will have public facing leaderboards in a future implementation of racing. I know a lot of us would love to have it :)Author: Endymionus - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11k9iyk/this_is_what_racing_will_become_in_star_citizen/jbnjslk/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Love to see it. Been trying my hand at trails for a while now. Managed to get my low time at loreville down to 1:04.9 but even after analyzing the 1:01.41 the other day hundreds of times I can't even come close. Some of these guys are next level and it's so cool to see.Nice time! :) atm in last month [Lorville], top 30 players ish are under around 1.05 [65secs] to 1.00 [60secs].Average time around 2mins across 47k runs [goes back 1 month of PTU 'official' times].Personally I get around 1.30 ish and im happy with that haha.Author: Endymionus - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11k9iyk/this_is_what_racing_will_become_in_star_citizen/jbnihat/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Any way I could convince you to tell me the same stats for icebreaker?Kinda similar stats tbh! just a lot less results in comparison to Lorville (due to lorville being the first race unlocked - to an extent I would estimate)PTU:Top 50 (unique) players are between 60-80 seconds.Average time across all players over past month is 120 seconds ish. Which is also about what I complete it on too tbh. Most common ship used is the Razor. :)Hope your enjoying Icebreaker! I love the flow of that track tbh. Especially the open-ness of it all. Although pain when a storm hits, but then it ramps the adrenaline.Author: Endymionus - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11k9iyk/this_is_what_racing_will_become_in_star_citizen/jbnqmea/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Even if there aren't any live leaderboards, racing stats would be really awesome to see in one of those monthly stats posts we used to see in the comm-links!That would be pretty cool! Never know. :) I'm a big fan of stats tbh! haha.Author: Endymionus - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11k9iyk/this_is_what_racing_will_become_in_star_citizen/jbnq5vz/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

This shouldn't be a comment in a reddit thread. When are you guys going to understand that you can just alert everyone via email or Spectrum announcements (or even subreddit alerts). As I mentioned in the comment, there have been issues with Spectrum services today due to high-traffic. I certainly would have preferred to post there so that it would surface to the front page of our website in the dev tracker.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11nttg8/still_aiming_for_today_its_possible_we_slip_out/jbpl9hi/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Thank you for the clarity but this shouldโve been mentioned during SCL to the masses and not in a random reddit post. Communication is key to building trust and people having faith in developers.I'd prefer to use Spectrum, so that it ends up on the front page of our website, but Spectrum isn't doing so hot today. :)Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11nttg8/still_aiming_for_today_its_possible_we_slip_out/jbpl2x0/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Got this from support in response to the Fleet Manager Blank issue:Greetings,Thank you for contacting RSI Support. We are aware of and investigating various Known Issues contained within Star Citizen Alpha 3.18. To test for these issues more accurately at scale, we have moved the testing of Persistent Entity Streaming from the PTU to the Live servers. Developers are actively investigating potential fixes for these issues, and we intend to address many of these as quickly as possible with a 3.18.1 update post-launch. Any additional reports you can provide via the Issue Council are greatly appreciated!โฏSome of the following issues have been highlighted as affected: ASOP Terminals Become Blank RSI Scorpius Antares' Quantum Dampener Does Not Function Unable To Exit Ship Seats Invisible Cargo Party Members Become Invisible Crash when mining with Greycat ROCWe understand the frustrations players may face due to these issues, but please rest assured that our Developers are working hard to fix these issues as soon as possible. Please check our 3.18 Known Issues page if you require any additional information or wish to see further details that may not be included here. Please note also that the 3.18.1 patch will introduce a partial wipe. This means that while you'll keep your aUEC earned and reputation status, in-game items purchased or looted will be wiped. For that reason, we'd suggest not going too wild with spending your aUEC before that 3.18.1 follow-up patch rolls out.Thank you for your patience and understanding.{removed by op}Game Support SpecialistRSI Player RelationsEdit: Added a screenshot below of the support response for those asking for it. Removed Support Tech name for obvious reasons.https://preview.redd.it/0mbz260088na1.jpg?width=622&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=6254882e7f7eafd40b6b59159befd5244e5d1a32Hi all - adding a few important notes. While a partial wipe with 3.18.1 is possible, it's not guaranteed to happen. However, in the event that it does appear necessary, I want to assure you that your hard-earned aUEC and reputation would remain intact. The only items that would be affected are the ones obtained through in-game purchases or looting.ย Fortunately, I have some good news to share as well. Even though ships purchased in-game would be wiped, our system will still retain the necessary information to allow us to remember them and restore them to you in a future update.ย I'd like to reiterate that the execution of a partial wipe is not certain, and there is a possibility that it may not occur. As soon as we have more information, we will promptly update you to keep you informed.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11p0pdq/3181_partial_wipe_confirmed_by_support/jbwebp1/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Even if you get in there is a "Landing pads full" bug. Nothing to do sadly. keep contributing on issue council.Arena Commander and Star Marine lobbies are popping, multiple full lobbies of folks having a blast :) Give those a go!ACFT are hard at work making 3.19 a big patch for Arena Commander, great time to give us feedback! Here's some issues I know of and their workaround - we'll be looking at fixing these ASAP:Some players are encountering an infinite load on match cycle.Workaround: Exit to Menu and re-search1st medpen in Star Marine modes sometimes do not workWorkaround: You have 2 medpens, the second one should work.Occasionally Swarm modes do not endWorkaround: If you've definitely killed all hostiles, return to menu.Rentals are not processingWorkaround: Some players have said that restarting their game will restore rentals (do at own risk :P)The pickup hologram location is not accurate to the actual pickup area trigger.Workaround: Orbit the hologram closely, you'll eventually hit the real area.Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pdyxm/if_youre_stuck_in_the_load_screen_and_cant_login/jbxkfxd/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Does single-player pirate swarm give rental uec now?btw a lot of people stuck in login screen before main menu, lolNo, but we'll be allowing Solo-play in "multiplayer" (with a rename to "Online") in a future patch as I really want this too.Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pdyxm/if_youre_stuck_in_the_load_screen_and_cant_login/jbxm2xs/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Severity: Major Outage
Affected systems: Persistent Universe, Electronic Access
Since the launch of Star Citizen Alpha 3.18.0 our teams have been monitoring a number of issues players have been encountering while attempting to log into the game. These have primarily manifested in the form of 19003 and 19004 with a mix of other similar codes.
While monitoring those issues, the team has been able to tune and make adjustments to the entitlement processing flow to ensure that a large portion of player attempts were still successful and able to make it into the PU.
However, at a point in the early morning UTC, the environment entered into a state which would require a more disruptive recovery process.
As of 1300 UTC the environment has been in the process of recovering from the state it was in but we wanted to advise that, while this recovery is in-progress, players will experience periods of extreme difficulty getting into the PU. We expect players to see a mix of errors from the 19k, 30k, and 60k ranges.

Lol. What a response. The tone-deafness is staggering. "Yeah PU has problems... but have you tried PLAYING SOMETHING ELSE?" Is not a good look coming from the developers. Might want to run that one past your marketing team again.I'm a lead developer on Arena Commander, not marketing. All my comms will be about it. I replied to OP specific because he said "nothing to do sadly", with a suggestion on something that they could do as they're one of the lucky few that got through the login issues. If you're not interested in hearing about Arena Commander my only advice to you is to block me and chill out.Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pdyxm/if_youre_stuck_in_the_load_screen_and_cant_login/jbxq004/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Hey u/Duncan-CIG! Thanks for all the tips and honestly can get into AC with ease right now. I've always found it enjoyed-able just to try and and see what I can do in free flight. I was wondering if there were any plans/what your thoughts might be on putting derelicts and mine-ables in Free Flight mode? Would be an awesome way to to have a utilitarian option! Maybe it could be a social non-private option.Yes, we've discussed putting various things into FreeFlight like mineables so you can test those things with ease - it came up when Salvage went to PTU as PU servers were down and surprisingly players were able to test it out regardless in AC which was fantastic to see! We'd love to support using AC as a place to practice & test these things with ease! Not sure when we'll get to it but it's something i'd too like to see.Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pdyxm/if_youre_stuck_in_the_load_screen_and_cant_login/jbyt98m/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Would it benefit them to just shut down servers all together until they can get in somewhat playable?I mean there's no point in even trying to play right now anywayDepending on the type of investigation, it can help to have something running when doing investigations. Having the program running allows for it to be interacted with in case there are queries that need to be done to fetch information, test changes, or to have a debugger attached to it.The typical rule we tend to follow is that if something's broken and we want to investigate it, we leave it in the broken state until we feel we've gotten the information we need.Author: Bearded-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11rd19n/server_status_update_the_live_service_will_be/jc7w5yy/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Never realised how fun star marine is - Iโm so used to shooting pirated with de sync from hell, itโs actually nice to shoot somebody and it actually register lol<3Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pvb4v/bring_your_friends/jc8g382/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
It's not possible to properly play either one. I tried to launch a Star Marine game earlier, and after it found a match and loaded it, I found myself in an Arena Commander game. How is that even possible? Not to mention that when Star Marine does work, I get an infinite loading bug during the loading screen between matches. For the issue of it putting you into the wrong mode this happens after attempting to go straight from a singleplayer game to multiplayer. We've fixed this for the reworked frontend/lobby system, apologises for the troubles caused by the current only. Hopefully not much longer til it's replaced!Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11pvb4v/bring_your_friends/jc8g1oz/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
I did a run in Arena Commander and had a good time. However, when i tried to rent another ship to use, my credits where eaten. I got inifinite loading screen after every last stand match..Give it some time, it'll eventually get you in, it actually being infinite is quite rare. In efforts to combat the boredom of getting 3.18 rolling smoothly, why don't we make star marine full on people trying to play the game. Or get in an arena commander lobby and race/kill pirates until the cows come home. I haven't personally been able to play a game of star marine, so lets get those servers full while we wait for CIG to find the issues and address them. There's usually always a couple lobbies of Elimination on the go for US and EU. ACSM has been pretty active the past couple days. Over the weekend we actually capped out servers! Last Stand little less popular due to the rounds bug (being worked on atm) but I've been hopping in and out of the two!Apologises for the long load times, it's a combination of various issues, we're seeing what we can get done for the next point patch :)Author: Duncan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11r5dm1/star_marine/jc8f2c7/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

I rented an M50 and have been trying to give racing a go in Arena Commander. I have to say, I'm horrible at it, but it's still more fun than making myself miserable by complaining on reddit. Good on you for keeping yourself entertained!Old Vanderval is quite a nice track to learn on! Became quite fond of it while trying to learn how to fly my P-72.Quick tip: In singleplayer Classic Race you can reset your lap by flying through the start area again. When they mentioned the bounty mission then triggering the salvage module, do they mean it would create a salvage mission that can be accepted by anyone, or a 2 part mission where part 1 is kill bounty, part 2 is then salvage said ship? Both options would be cool, just wasn't sure what they meant. The latter, A bounty mission where you are tasked with killin them then salvaging them. It was just a prototype to test the modularity of the salvage mission module.Author: Koaku - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11t4v5a/inside_star_citizen_mission_to_module/jchm10t/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Okay, so I know this is going to catch some flack, but I have to ask. Why the hell wasn't there at least some type of modularity to begin with? How has this not been addressed in the years of development? This shouldn't be a revolutionary idea, in fact, shouldn't it be common practice to make modular chunks of code for these reasons? It seems a little bit like telling on yourself, that you failed to plan effectively by saying, "now we are going to do stuff the right way, so that we can be more efficient" when everyone else already does it this way. It begs the question then, how many more things are affected by this "bespoke" coding issue?I love this project, and have been a backer for a long time. It just seems like certain things have been made much more complicated than they had to be to get a product finished. It makes me hesitant to buy more toys when they keep getting broken due to negligence. The mission system has been modular for a few years now, with mentions in monthly reports and SCLs for the last half decade. This week was us telling a story for the many that simply weren't aware of it, and using that to frame the most recent modules in Resource Collection, Investigation, etc,Author: therealdiscolando - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11t4v5a/inside_star_citizen_mission_to_module/jchor04/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
To be fair, this episode sounds like this is all brand-new. But I remember an older SC episode where you also talked about it (with ships landing on Area 18 roofs).Well, we started the whole segment with, "At the very beginning, back in the early days..." and then half way through go, "You probably wanna hear about what's new now..." ๐But the point is taken all the same. ๐Author: therealdiscolando - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11t4v5a/inside_star_citizen_mission_to_module/jchulx8/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
To me at least, it wasn't clear that this was a story of how things were being done. It made me doubt, because I heard time after time that the system was modular or being build with modularity in mind. Then this ISC made me think that no, everything was bespoke until now.We started the whole segment with, "At the very beginning, back in the early days..." ๐But the point is taken all the same. ๐Author: therealdiscolando - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/11t4v5a/inside_star_citizen_mission_to_module/jchueij/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Severity: Partial Outage
As of 1300 UTC on 2023-03-12 the environment has been in the process of recovering from the slow / non-responsive state it was in but we wanted to advise that, while this recovery effort is in-progress, players will experience periods of extreme difficulty getting into the PU. We expect players to see a mix of errors from the 19k, 30k, and 60k ranges.
A more detailed breakdown of each specific issue we're tracking can be found on the the RSI Knowledge Base
[2023-03-12 Updates]
1300 UTC - Environment entered into recovery.
1510 UTC - Initial Notice, recovery in-progress.
1815 UTC - Shards are slowly coming online. Recovery still ongoing.
2000 UTC - Reducing severity of outage, will continue to monitor recovery.
[2023-03-13 Updates]
1130 UTC - Escalating to Major Outage.
The team is working to recover the environment as the Global Database entered a bad state.
1200 UTC - Temporarily disabling Character Repair to protect accounts while recovery is in-progress.
1245 UTC - Environment is accepting new players.
1304 UTC - Character Repair access restored.
1930 UTC - Team is working to mitigate increasing error rates. Character Repair temporarily disabled.
[2023-03-14 Updates]
0350 UTC - Reducing severity to partial outage while we validate the outcome of infrastructure maintenance.
[2023-03-16 Updates]
0530 UTC - While the Live Environment continues to see periodic waves of instability, overall, the new infrastructure is trending in the right direction.
A new build with a series of fixes, based off analysis of the data collected since SC Alpha 3.18.0 went live, is currently being validated by QA.
Additional updates on this subject will be posted here and on spectrum as they become available.
[2023-03-21 Updates]
1620 UTC - After rolling out a series of Server-side & Services hotfixes, a client hotfix has been tested alongside the Evocati Test Flight. We are now beginning our rollout of that client hotfix build to everyone to address a few key issues. More information about these fixes can be found in the updated SC Alpha 3.18.0 Patch Notes on Spectrum
In addition to this the team continues to work on a larger set of changes & fixes for SC Alpha 3.18.1, parts of which are already being validated by QA.

I think most people are misunderstanding, they aren't delaying anything, they're speeding things up, in a way they're splitting 3.18.1 into 2 patches. They're releasing 3.18.2 to PTU before 3.18.1 is released to Live, which should happen before the end of this week, but instead of waiting for that they'll go ahead with 3.18.2 right away on PTU so that they keep working on stuff. That or it was me that completely misunderstood it.You understood it correctly.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/125ubsp/318_testing_update_3182_ptu_very_soon/je71962/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

When I saw you sitting down with your multitool out I knew what was coming next. This is a very specific bug to 3.18 and the Cutlass Black only - if you enter the pilot seat with your multitool in hand it stays as an active physics entity and slams all over the place. At first I couldn't figure out what was happening, but I was taking massive damage alongside my ship. Eventually I narrowed it down to this and have been able to reproduce it consistently.I'll attach a IC ticket here if I find an existing one, if not I'll create a new one and save it here.Edit: Could not find a ticket, created one here:https://issue-council.robertsspaceindustries.com/projects/STAR-CITIZEN/issues/STARC-66211I gave this issue a boost internally. Thank you.Author: mintrieri - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/126kqa6/riddle_me_also_confusioned/jeaos8e/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Thanks! Like always, I could be misattributing the actual cause, but I had 4 different players with me and very consistently could reproduce it. I mean, the seat hurts the player either way but the damage to the ship seemed to only happen when we had a multitool out.The more info, the better! There is a collection of seat+character fixes like this one that the Actor Feature Team is trying to solve for 3.18.2. It sounds like the ship or seat is causing damage to the player and the multitool item or attachment is causing damage to the ship, so these appear to be symptoms of the same issue. "Locking" a build means that we restrict any further development check-ins/changes going into the build, to avoid any new issues being introduced. We'll often lock a build in the preparation for a live rollout. In this case, a couple of new issues were discovered internally that resulted in our team adding additional logging to the build, with the plan to put the build back onto the PTU, allowing that new logging to gather information from normal play behavior.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/127roda/3181_update_kind_of/jeglr9c/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Yes, and CIG have since said that they're doing exactly the same thing with 3.19 (basing it off the 3.18 branch), but are calling it 3.19 because people complained about 'not getting proper patches' :pIn short, CIG changed their minds about how they name patches. Big deal.I've seen a few comments about 3.19 not coming until much later in the year, however I want to remind folks of a message I put out a little while back: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/3/thread/on-this-week-s-episode-of-inside-star-citizen-we-m/5754659This is still what we're targeting.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/12cu90b/roadmap_roundup_april_5_2023/jf3klu7/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
Link Post: Possibly even more waves of wipes right after .2 releasesThe comment attached to this thread was intended to be a vague generalization/reminder that wipes are indeed possible at this stage of development. I'd like to note though that nothing has changed with our upcoming plans, and we don't currently have any wipes scheduled beyond what has already been communicated for 18.1 and 18.2. Is it possible that we have another wipe at some point in the future? Most certainly! This is a post for one of my bestfreinds colm, handle: AnimeGirl (edgelord ikr). He would obsessively watch this sub for updates, so wherever in the universe he is, i know he will see this โค๏ธI've known colm for about 3 years now, and from the moment we met we instantly were 2 peas in a pod, it felt like we had known each other for a lifetime. Both 2 british boys down in the middle of nowhere in new zealand. For the first year i had no clue colm even knew what this game was, and finally when it was mentioned his eyes lit up! "You guys play too? Wtf why didnt u tell me" turns out he was a kickstart backer like us, and even though i had taken an extended break since 2017, colm had played religiously the entire 10 year span, his fleet was beautiful and we always took the piss out of the top hat and monocle ๐My engagement for the game finally came back and i was hooked again.. JT, xeno threat, Seige of orison.. ive never had so much fun with the boys online, bugs and all, we loved every flaw and piss funny elevator death.Every weekend we played, having endless fun in the greatest game ever made, and i honestly cant wait to see what this game becomes. (Irony is last weekend we couldnt login to the servers, so kinda funny in hindsight hahaha)Colm passed away earlier today after a 6 year battle with cancer. Amputated leg, and probably 30 plus surgeries over that time peroid, I've never met anyone stronger and more ambitious to make the most out of his time here. Im so fucking proud he made it to 30.I would like to say thank you to CIG - even though we liked to complain about the game every now and then, I'm beyond grateful for what you have given us - memories we can keep forever of the pure anarchy we managed to stir up ๐Im sorry we couldn't explore the universe together partner, but we sure as hell shook up stanton โค๏ธGoodbye colm, i love you mate 07o7Author: SC_Wayne - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/12qozjb/one_final_07/jhhthjd/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Link Post: The Package Finally Spawned and I completed my first delivery mission ๐o7Author: Koaku - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/13298tj/the_package_finally_spawned_and_i_completed_my/ji6i2dp/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
If I'm not mistaken you were the dev a few months back who took on the task of trying to make the delivery missions better. After doing many delivery missions in 3.18 and putting out some videos on them I can say that so long as the server performance was decent, I was able to complete about 80% of those I've attempted. Here's some feedback: Boxes at derelict outposts can sometimes go through the world if you drop them on the ground. Sometimes the boxes at the mining outposts do not appear on the shelf, but I've wondered if they didn't spawn or if another player grabbed them. The 45K paying delivery where players go to a bunker to collect 3 packages is confusing for some. The mission shows 6 packages that could be picked up but only 3 need to be turned in. This works out though as for some reason when you go to turn them in there seems to be a higher chance that the machine accepts the package but doesn't progress the mission so taking 4 or 5 will usually result in being able to complete the mission instead of just taking 3 back. Other than these issues delivery overall has greatly improved and is one of the coolest things to do in SC, especially the derelict pick ups as those can play out very differently. Thank you for the attention they have received.I am!Thank you for this feedback the 45k delivery missions are fixed ( I saw an IC report about a month ago) and ready for the next release. As for the outpost stuff if they had spawned and another player had grabbed them you should still be a marker you can see on the box as it updates when it's moved from the shelf regardless of who takes it off.I've been playing on my personal account doing some retrieval op missions and others and I've also noticed they are performing better.Thank you for testing and taking the time to write this! o7Author: Koaku - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/13298tj/the_package_finally_spawned_and_i_completed_my/ji6tabw/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

To be fair though, Microtech wasn't actually involved in that terraforming experiment. But they are definitely making the most out of it to cool their servers and technology rather than trying to make it a better planet. The terraforming error happened under UEE supervision. microTech got a discount on purchasing the planet as a result.Author: imaginaryjeremy - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/1368mgy/cig_you_messed_up_loorville_shouldnt_look_this/jip8q73/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Seems like this will be the first Invictus I won't visit. XT (or the servers suffering it) slightly destroyed my account on the very last day, and support told me they have the very same character reset tool available as we do...... which is none.DM me your ticket ID. Even if you can repair this user's account if this is what it takes to make that happen; the traditional support channels failing this user, plus a reddit complaint post, to just happen to catch a staff member's attention, is not a success story. It's some /r/OrphanCrushingMachine content.I wouldn't be so quick to assume the worst in the team. I have a lot of confidence in our support staff - they go above and beyond to resolve issues on the daily. I'm moreso curious to read up on the situation and learn more about what's going on.Author: CaptainZyloh - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/138usj1/star_citizen_invictus_launch_week_2953_comes_home/jj1ecbx/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify

Yes it would, the engine isnโt rendering LODs based on current physical distance but just whatโs presented to the playerโs FOV in that frame (and by extension by whatever means that FOV/frame buffer is updated.) My knowledge of frame rendering is limited but thatโs my understanding from what Silvan said.Precisely, using a scope corresponds to limiting the field of view, which again makes sure that the level of detail is upscaled.Author: Silvan-CIG - Source: www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/13dmi4p/latest_319_ptu_build_has_fixed_a_long_standing/jjpqhtb/?context=3This submission was created by a robot, for more information please message /u/jumbify
