I also tested bed logging in the PTU. I mined a bunch of ore with the MOLE, bed logged in space near MIC L1. Logged back in and was still in the same place and still had all my ore. EVA’d for 10 minutes, flew down to Microtech and landed on an outpost. Exited the ship and went inside a building to watch my ship for 10 minutes. Didn’t despawn

Although, I then took off and landed somewhere random on the planet, then bedlogged on the planet. When I rejoined I was in the same spot, but when I got in the cockpit seat, the ship and I fell through the surface.

Before the last patch, I´ve had some boxes from some mission in the cargo, game crashed and I´ve got 2 same ships in my hangar. One new and the old one with boxes in it, cause the materials could be selled, but the ship was not accesible. In current version of SC, I´m not getting any double ships.

You can try, just put 1pc of material in box and leave it there.

I think the scanning info and active modules should swap sides so that you dont have to look across screen to see how long is left on a consumable when you focused on the green zone.

@solar flume I think it's best to explain it this way. When working as intended:

1. Trading terminals will have a [Buy] [Sell] list of commodities.
2. Choose the ship you wish to transfer the cargo.
3. Simply click any item to buy/sell, then select the amount of SCU (Standard Cargo Unit).
4. A failed transaction should occur if the store is out of stock.
5. There is no visual aid to let you know the current stock at the moment.

If there is a long loading or something else, that usually down to the server stability.

Using the SC Trade tools for calculations, I feel like it's a gamble. Invest 100,000 UEC for 36,000 UEC and if the server crashes you lose it all.

Fill a Cat with refined Quant. Set for a while.

Quant, and ONLY Quant. The rest may as well be Inert.

Also, the highest yield and speed is a PITTANCE next to your sheer gainz from selling the product with Q.

And use the Lancet mining head, not Helix. Takes a little bit longer to crack, but 75% lower resistance and instability means you can solo much larger rocks. I've cracked 5k rocks with a Prospector/Lancet on 3.12.

Also, go for the Lancet, not the Helix. It drops Resistance and Instability by 75%, at the cost of a lower charge speed. Makes cracking bigger rocks much easier. I've gotten up to a 5k without consumables.

not correct, all lasers power output got nerfed, and other things about each laser got accentuated. it wasnt much of a nerf as it was balancing, i guess you could say it was a nerf because they all have less output, but the helix is still the king of the hill for mining lasers

and each hilix you add to a rock, ie...1...2...or 3 it cuts the instability in half with each helix added

so technically you can get a rocks instability reduced by 4 times the initial amount,

Also, to edit the loadout of a ship it has to be stored at the same location you're currently at.

Keep in mind, however, that each refinery has its own specialties that affect yield too. Cru-L1 refinery, for example, has a +3% modifier to Quantanium yield, the best in the system.

Also. I don’t know if this work around will work for everyone, but I 30kd while selling cargo in Lorville and came back and couldn’t sell my stuff at the terminal and couldn’t pull my ship out. I went into my mobi glass and went to the vehicle tab and pulled it up from the drop down. All of a sudden my cargo was now sellable at the terminal and I finished selling my ores. It was a 400k load and I had 100k left to sell.

It was showing in my vehicle and I could select the vehicle at the trade terminal, but it wasn’t in the box to select what to sell.

Rock spawning is randomly generated. Although some may argue there is a % chance you will get said deposit within said distance from the last known said deposit. Afaik, you can in fact return to any deposit as long as you are on the same server when you found it, someone hasnt already mined it when you return, or that you hadnt cracked the deposit leaving shards - cause once you crack the rock and move away far enough and come back all parts will be inert or unminable. You will have to remember how to get to said deposit mind you, so to help with this you can either, get good with navigation and have the skill to know where you were and how to get there exactly, or use a delivery mission box as a tracker. That is what I do, I find three deposits and drop a box at each of them. One mission that has three boxes is all ya need. Then I find the fourth deposit and mine that, and return to each box to mine the rest. Depending on server health - this may or may not be viable or feasible. You may make more money per hour just handling one deposit at a time.

I tend to notice trends easily and have spotted a trend with the mining deposits. I use this to narrow down where high % deposits will be, although it does not predict, it helps narrow down my chances.

I went through 4 mining stations to buy any titanium but I cannot buy anything the screen is just empty,
