#Removing bots from '/members' + updating scrobbles

Hi, I have two questions:

  1. How can I completely remove bots from the "/members," "/whoknows," etc. lists? When I type "/members" two accounts appear that aren't actual users of my server: the Last.fm accounts "fm-bot" and "weez3d".
  2. Is there any way I can update the scrobble for all users on my server? They're very outdated.

Scrobbles and info is updated when people interact with the bot, not anyway to mass update their info
