you need to have supporter to access your imported information.
if you cancel the supporter the imported plays will not be displayed.

yes, if you delete those plays on the last.fm website.
if these were from imported plays then it would be different but since you haven't imported your spotify information you can remove them on the last.fm website and they will be removed from fmbot. you will have to run update full on fmbot after you delete them.
