To import you need to request your Extended listening history from spotify, then subbing for a month will allow you to import your spotify plays.

To reimport other plays correct, you don’t need to if last.fm is already tracking your spotify.

However please note that you will only see your imported music in fmbot if you are an active supporter. The data stays there if the supporter lapses but will not be shown.
