Hello, I've requested and have my data.. and I'm trying to upload the proper .json files which are my "streaminghistory_music_0.json" files and so forth. It keeps telling me the files aren't right.

I did download the wrong files, but still have my streaming history ones, and it won't even let me upload those 1 at a time :(

the wrong package also has some streaming history files, but those are incomplete and also lack data we need

I can dm you my entire data requests, I just think it has payment history on there

But it has the stream files needed to import still, since I had that box ticked

then its the wrong package. Spotify last sent out extended streaming history files June 18th
They usually do it once every 3 weeks, so you'll have to wait a bit longer

If it's because I selected the wrong files, I can play the waiting game.. I just wanted to see if there was a hot fix 🙏
I'll just request them again but use the right box lmao

nope, unfortunately not. I can see why its confusing, because the account package also has some streaming history, but that history is not usable
