Why am I banned?

the bot been keeping me off the global list for months.. over 3 months and i’m not understanding why? i listen to music a lot i almost never turn it off why is it shadowing me? i don’t think that’s fair since my friends listen to way more music and can pass the 23 hours mark and they’re not banned? can you please fix it somehow?
