Reactions not working

hi fmbot has add reactions perms in the channel but whenever we run the command it shows up with this message

also the reactions work in other channels

Are the emojis ones that are available for the bot to use? The bot has to be in the server where the emojis are hosted to be able to use them.

they're from our server
