ive been trying to relink my lastfm to fmbot for months on every device i own and its just giving me invalid api key every single time

I assume every device you own is apple devices or devices running Safari then. There's unfortunately a bug between iOS/Safari and last.fm so the only advice we can give is to use a desktop application that won't use those.

no , i have windows and the issue started on android

i am now using an apple phone but that is hardly the issue since its still a problem on every browser on my pc

the issue can be reproduced on android. it should not occur on windows. if you're certain you can reproduce it on windows, please send us screenshots so we can tell last.fm.
