I tried .index and .refreshmembers but they’re still showing in the list even when not being in the server. Also am unable to ban the users from the server list without being able to tag their @

By member list, do you mean in WhoKnows results?

Do you have a server ID?

It’s when I show crown leaderboards

They still have crowns and show in the list even though I have done crownseeder

Also can’t see which crowns they have without being able to use the @

How many users is it? You can use their User ID to .crownblock them if you have access to it.

How do I find the user ID?

Turn Developer Mode on in Advanced settings and then open their profile and their will be a Copy ID button at the bottom of their Discord profile.

Try running .index once more and checking the list? If that doesn't do it, might be a bug.

Can you send the server ID now that you have Developer mode turned on? It'll be on the same menu where you access server settings, at the bottom.

because when you ran the crownblock command earlier it was a different id

I click on their profile, click the three dots in the top right and then click copy ID

The second ID I copied in here was for the server not the user

the ID you used about half an hour ago when using the .crownblock command does actually have an fmbot account

They 100% have an account (they’re in this server too)

Both times I got their ID I did it by clicking on the profile and the three dots and then copy ID. I’m not sure why the ID changed

Yeah, if you long press on a DM, it'll copy the DM ID, best to always open their profile directly and then grab it.
