You can ask spotify for import data (granted you won't get correct timestamps) you'll be able to add like 3k songs every 24hr.

Not sure if with apple music too.

Warning: since you get incorrect timestamps as they will appear as new plays, it will also affect your weekly reports and if you are very finicky with wanting dated and stuff to be accurate like me, I wouldn't recommend.

If you just want to add old data no matter the cost to accurate reports and stuff, I hope that document helps
