I'm not sure of the possibility of per-server basis of activity, Frik would know, he's on vacation at the moment.

Sorry for necroing this, but I would very much like to see a crown activity threshold for my own server. Managing crownblocks manually for the number of members I have isn’t really feasible and it’s annoying that members inactive for a year on my server get crowns because they are using the bot elsewhere
