It's a known issue that claiming inbox rewards fails sometimes. Close/reopen the game (not the screen, the whole game) and try again. If you still can't claim the rewards, open a ticket with Customer Care for assistance
but that image looks like rewards were claimed? Usually a failed claim just gives you a spinning circle
