The only suggestions I can think of are to

• clear the entire cache, restart the device and try to install again
• open a ticket using the link below and explain that the game was deleted by your device (not you) and now can't be reinstalled
  We've had a few reports of this before but if that link's troubleshooting tips don't fix it, it's not something we can handle here on the server.
