Enchantment trinkets in Dragon Oracle

Enchantment trinkets don't count towards the Dragon Oracle (seconds). It shows that they are given, but they are not added to the count of еnchantment trinkets.

Players told me that it works from the chest, but not from the Oracle Board. As far as I can see, there was an issue with the chest in August

We reported the enchanted trinket issue within the mentioned report, Zpawn did it. He updated it in September, it still wasn’t fixed.

proof from Zpawn, it’s still not fixed (and it really hurts since we’re shown thousands of trinkets but they don’t add up)

Okay, then I'll remove the leveling issue. Do they give out keychains for lvl up outside of the chest? Maybe that's what my player meant I have over a million trinkets and I can't keep track of whether they're being added or not

We have Enchatment Trinkets as Milestones (but we haven’t reached them yet, maybe your friends did so and meant the milestones?)
I stay at 1.49m trinkets. That number doesn’t increase even though i got 20k+ trinkets several times.
I‘m not sure if we also get Trinkets as level rewards, I don’t pay attention

They are, the milestones too, my 10k enchanted trinkets were added

The team has just removed Enchantment Trinkets from the Dragon Oracle reward pool on the server side, as they were bugged and not being added to players’ accounts. There will be a fix coming in the future, but it requires a new client release. Players who are missing Enchantment Trinkets or didn’t receive them can contact Customer Care.
