Bought Atlast for 300 gems
didnt have time to hatch him, meaning he stayed in my inventory
Ascended some dragons (including a clay dragon)
Found out ascendtion works for inventory dragons too. Atlas was not a duplicate. i dont understand why it would include unhatched dragons, let alone unhatched NON-DUPLICATE dragons

aaand thats how i lost 300 gems. great.

Also double check your current inventory. One of the odder (and more irritating) long-time bugs is that the normal dragon and the boss version don't always register correctly.

That's too long. My guess is they've responded and closed your ticket. You can check the status of your ticket in #tickets-status-check . Since you mention both Android and Windows, exactly how did you open the ticket?

  • opened in-game on Android - you will see a notification ( Exclamation_Icon ) on the Dgear when Customer Care responds. Open the chat to see the response or continue the conversation. Since it's the weekend, you probably won't get a response until Monday at the earliest but easily could take longer
  • opened in-game on Windows - you will not get an email, you will get a notification in-game but won't be able to access the response. Windows in-game tickets require a native messaging/chat feature which Windows doesn't have (Teams doesn't qualify as many systems don't even load it, let along integrate it to the point of being "native"). I've complained about this but no change
  • opened using the web support page link - check your inbox and junk/spam folders for an auto-reply email which will have your conversation ID at the bottom of the message (small text). Your entire conversation will be by email. As mentioned above, it's the weekend, so don't expect an immediate response
