Then it's strange, the support should work for you. I have a thought they don't help accounts created in these countries even if you live in another (for example, my Ukrainian friend once asked support to recover an account for a Russian friend, but it didn't work). So, were you in Ukraine when creating your account? Where are you now actually? (i think position also make sense in this)
Yes, I was 100% in Ukraine, and I did donate not once from Ukrainian cards. I was in occupied territories for some time, but I wouldn’t believe that it has anything to do with that. I wrote this ticket from Lithuania, which is my current country.
And i did send them playstore receipts in Ukrainian tho
Well, that's be very strange then. Maybe try to write them again after some time? Also, you mentioned you wanted to recover your account, didn't you connect it to something like Google play or GL club?

When a ticket is opened in-game, it sends game and device info automatically. Is there anything that would suggest Russia is your location? Although you're now somewhere else, iOS and Android take their time shifting location data. Thanks, there’s really nothing I bought this phone a few weeks earlier and created a new Apple ID (I was an Android user before). I never used a VPN for the ticket.
It’s unfortunate that the game I once loved so much has such poor support. I wanted to play it again, but now I’ve completely lost interest because of the frustration with your support.
