Same or similar issue with the Hero's Journal; I'm posting as a reply rather than a new topic. It is not logging progress. Two examples - I completed 4 of the Sigil Campaign and opened 10 chests; both still showing 0.

says here i'm on chapter 2 while i am already on chapter 5
the weekly expedition also did reset on me since i dont have my sigil battles, just noticed this one now also :/
then here on weekly it says i opend 70 tyrant chests, and on hero journal it says 35 ...

Same here, feeding dragons is not registering towards reward which effects 2 of the 3 rewards.
